USIS is supplier of security screenings, background investigations, employment and drug screening services, automotive insurance underwriting services, and national security solutions to government and corporate clients. Under the terms of the agreement, HSS will develop and implement a multi-phase Production Master Scheduling/Case Load Management system on a desktop/PDA-based application that will ensure maximum timely closure of cases while providing real-time visibility to all open cases nation-wide. Investigators will be equipped with the latest wireless PDA technology with camera and GPS-tracking capabilities to maximize visibility and case load management.
