Universal Travel Group Inc. (UTVG) announced the appointment of Mr. Jing Xie to the position of Chief Financial Officer, effective today.
Mr. Xie joined Universal Travel Group in 2005 and was promoted to Deputy General Manager in July of that year. In 2006, he was appointed Secretary of the Board and Vice President where he was responsible for managing operations on a corporate level, overseeing the integration of several strategic acquisitions, and being the IR representative to the capital market.
