MRK | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- The board of directors of Merck & Co Inc (NYSE: MRK), a research driven
pharmaceutical company, announced a quarterly dividend of USD0.38 per
share on the common stock for the second quarter of 2009.

The dividend will be paid on 1 April 2009, to all stockholders of
record at the close of business on 6 March 2009.
