The acquisition of Stream Wireless will allow RCC to expand its product portfolio and offer additional services to its customers, said RCC's CEO Michael W Hunter. Stream Wireless will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of RCC Holdings and will preserve its staff and management team.
The companies did not reveal the financial terms of the deal.
