TBI said it will be offering this integrated solution through its network of 800 sub-agents.
The partnership brings together TBI, a national master agent in the U.S. and the first Microsoft Response Point master agent, and Cbeyond, a provider of IP-based services delivered across a private network.
Cbeyond's BeyondVoice with SIPconnect is pre-configured on the Microsoft Response Point IP based phone system and user interface. Under the master agent agreement, TBI sub-agents can provide a complete IP-based phone solution from two trusted providers.

"TBI and its network of subagents will also benefit from selling an innovative communications solution to a small business market that is constantly looking for solutions that increase efficiencies while managing costs."
