It is with great pleasure that I, Rod Anderson, CEO of Sionix Corporation, update our shareholders on the progress of our company and the moving forward with this great product of ours.
Our action plan here at Sionix is as follows:
-- During a recent visit from Innovative Water Equipment, Inc. the week of
3/2/09, Jeffrey D. Mann requested that The Elixir(R) 225-P/RO be shipped
during the second week of April due to unexpected weather delays. The
weather in Arkansas during February encumbered site preparation. Such a
delay would allow Innovative Water Equipment, Inc. adequate time to
complete necessary preparations to allow a quick unit start-up.
-- During this delay in shipment we will use the time to further test
controls and programming to further ensure smooth start-up upon
delivery.
-- We anticipate a week of start-up and testing of the unit on site in
Arkansas.
-- This unit is engineered to clean the water that comes from the gas well
drilling and production. This water is laced with petroleum products and
is high in salt content. Gas companies are currently hauling most of
this waste water out of the state of Arkansas. Our equipment will allow
these companies to lower overall costs and reuse the clean water our
unit produces. Our equipment will provide a much needed green solution
to an environmental hazard.
The company that will be operating this equipment is Arkansas Water Treatment LLC, based in Little Rock, Arkansas.
