The new name of the Company will be Solana Holdings and the Company will focus on becoming a diversified holding company and will continue to pursue diversified acquisitions. The name change and symbol change will become effective no later than April 1, 2009.
The Company will continue to operate iGoHealthy.org and iGoHealthy Magazine of which will become a wholly owned subsidiary incorporated under the name iGoHealthy Media, which we have committed to becoming a revenue generating entity by marketing and promoting iGoHealthy.org and iGoHealthy Magazine as a premier health and wellness website and magazine.
As far as future acquisitions are concerned and building and growing a holding company, and in addition to seeking acquisitions with health related companies, the company intends on initially targeting precious metals, energy and green projects-related business.
