USIS Commercial Services acquired HireRight last year.
The move is in line with the two companies' growth strategy and offers better position to the new company to supply an extended product portfolio to clients in the US and globally.
USIS will remain the brand name for HireRight's parent company and its business dealing with government and public institutions.
USIS specialises in pre-employment, drug testing screening solutions and security investigations to the federal government, while HireRight offers on-demand employment background and drug screening solutions. HireRight serves more than 28,000 clients in the US.
