JLI | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Jesup & Lamont, a US-based brokerage, investment banking and investment advisory firm, has appointed Mark Wilton as the third independent director to its board of directors.

Mr Wilton currently serves as the president and CEO of MarWil Investments. He also serves as the sole director of MarWil Investments USA, a company he founded in 1978 that owns, develops and manages residential income properties.

Steven Rabinovici, chairman of Jesup & Lamont, said: "Mr Wilton will make a very valuable addition to our board. His extensive banking industry knowledge and expertise, as well as his successful business career will greatly assist us as we expand and grow Jesup & Lamont."
