Innovotech Announces Amendment to Directors Options

EDMONTON, ALBERTA, Mar 16, 2009 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- IOT | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Innovotech Inc. (TSX VENTURE:IOT) ("Innovotech") announces that an aggregate of 50,000 stock options granted to directors pursuant to its stock option plan and stock option agreements will be amended as to price. The board of directors of Innovotech has decided to increase the exercise price of these directors' options from $0.66 to $0.75 to match the exercise price of the warrants which were being exercised at the time the options were granted. The exercise price of the options granted to the employees will remain at $0.66 as announced in a press release dated January 27, 2009. In all other respects the terms of the stock options will remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
