All shareholders on the company's register at the record date of 3 April 2009 will receive the dividend on 15 May 2009. The ex-dividend date will be 1 April 2009.
Shareholders wishing to receive their dividends in GBP, will receive the currency election forms soon, to be filled and returned to the company's registrars by 9 April 2009 and the exchange rate of conversion from Euros will be set on 27 April 2009.
The company's annual general shareholders' meeting will be held at the Sefton Hotel, Harris Promenade, Douglas, Isle of Man on 13 May 2009.
