Registration Opens for SafeNet's KIV-7M User Conference

Mar 24, 2009 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- SFNT | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- SafeNet, Inc., a provider of information security, announced the KIV-7M User Conference to be held June 16-18, at the Caribe Royale Hotel in Orlando, Florida.

The company said the free conference will offer technical tracks, product training, and interactive demonstrations to network engineers, support staff, administrators, COMSEC custodians, policy plan and program managers, equipment trainers and users of Type 1 network encryption equipment.

The two and a half day event will give KIV-7M users firsthand product experience and the opportunity to work side-by-side with SafeNet's team of encryption experts, who will discuss the following topics:

- Capabilities - KIV-7M Control, Indicators, Displays, and Connectors

- System Level Setup and Operation - Setting Up and Using the Remote Graphical Interface

- HCI - Setting Up and Using the Remote Graphical Interface

- Legacy Personalities - Operating a Channel as a KIV-7 and a KG 194/A Encryptor

- Crypto Modern Personalities - Operating a Channel as a Suite A, Suite B, and a KG 95-M Encryptor

- KIV-7MiP - Configuration of the IP Blade in the KIV-7MiP

- KG-340 - Overview of the KG340 Type I SONET Encryptor
