A raffle drawing to determine the winner is scheduled for 5 p.m. Friday at home plate at Triana Field, on the campus of UC. In case of inclement weather, the drawing will be held in the Riggleman Hall Rotunda.
The implosion of the UC-owned building is set for 8:56 a.m. Saturday. Call Georgeann Lilly-Barter at 304-357-4820 for more information.
St. Albans native and former UC baseball player Chris Belcher was the high bidder in an eBay auction for the right to implode the building. Belcher decided to give the winning ticket to the Golden Eagles' baseball program to raffle.
