Under the terms of the agreement, QuoteMedia said it will integrate Midnight Trader's Live Briefs service into "Quotestream Extended Hours Edition" a co-branded version of QuoteMedia's companion desktop and wireless portfolio management software.
MidnightTrader said its Live Brief service provides complete coverage and analysis of the entire regular session and extended-hours market with live stock updates and trading ideas. The Live Briefs service will also be available through the rest of QuoteMedia's streaming data products.

Midnight Trader is a single-source provider of real time pre market, regular session and after-hours stock news and trading ideas through the Live Briefs service.
QuoteMedia is a software developer and syndicator of financial market information and streaming financial data solutions to media, corporations, online brokerages and financial services companies. The company licenses interactive stock research tools such as streaming real-time quotes, market research, news, charting, option chains, SEC filings, corporate financials, insider reports, market indices, portfolio management systems, and data feeds.
