Timothy Lee Greene, 20, of the 300 block of West Sixth Street in Anniston, was arrested and charged with another count of third-degree burglary for twice targeting the China Luck on Quintard Drive in Oxford on March 17 and 18.
Greene was released from jail March 8, police said. He was sentenced to two years, 300 days jail time for four prior third-degree burglaries. He was credited with 300 days of jail time, and the remaining two years were suspended and set to run concurrently, records indicate.
He and Michael C. Rosa, 28, of the 2500 block of McKleroy Avenue in Anniston, were arrested for burglaries that targeted Anniston and Oxford restaurants in 2008, officers said.
Greene battered his way through the north wall of the China Luck, police said.
Police believe he used the same entry methods in the 2008 burglaries.
