We want our customers to feel comfortable and much more, to feel that dealing with Jazeera Airways is fast and easier since we partnered with the Boodai Aviation Group," said Andrew Cowan, Jazeera Airways' CEO, after signing the contract agreement with the Boodai Group yesterday at the Movenpick Hotel in Salwa.
He pointed out that agreement with the Boodai Aviation Group will mean that the company's services will be similar to those offered by the existing Jazeera Airways ticket outlets or online booking.
We'll provide the same services, only we've made it easier and more accessible to our customers in almost every district in Kuwait. There are customers who still want to deal directly with travel experts and Boodai Aviation Group can provide that. The online and Jazeera outlets bookings will continue service because many regard them as very convenient," he added.
The establishment of outlets in all areas of Kuwait was part of the firm's future expansion program anyway, said Cowan, adding that their new agreement was a result of growing customer demand. In fact according to Cowan, Jazeera Airways recorded a 60 percent growth in ticket sales in the last financial year. He also revealed that six new destinations will be added to the airline's roster in summer, listing the new routes as Aleppo in Syria, Anatalya in Turkey, Hurghda in Egypt, Isfahan and Shiraz in Iran a
nd Larnaca in Cyprus.
More routes are to be added in the next two years as we expect an additional two aircraft by July 2009," he added. He voiced pride in the growing number of routes -- 33 non-stop-flights, 71 connections and 434 flights a week. He also mentioned that the company will continue enhancing its services and products in the coming months including offering dedicated check-in facilities, upgrading options and seats selections, permanent promotions and a 365-days-a-year happy hour.
We at Jazeera Airways are confident that by signing with such a strong partner as Boodai Aviation Group, we will be able to provide stellar service to all customers across Kuwait," he added.
Monzer Najia, Vice President and General Manger of Boodai Aviation Group, expressed confidence in the new and extremely important agreement, saying, "Boodai Aviation Group is delighted to sign such an important agreement with Jazeera Airways as we feel their dedication to customer care is mirrored by ours." Najia revealed that the special offers available at the franchisee's offices will include package tours to all Jazeera Airways destinations.
Also during yesterday's event, Robert Hayek, Jazeera Airways Sales and Marketing Manager announced the introduction of Jazeera Airways cargo operation which is now available in Kuwait, Dubai, Amman, Damascus, Beirut, Mumbai, Cochin, Delhi, Sanaa, Tehran, Shiraz and Meshad.
