Atlas Copco exercised an option to acquire the remaining 75% in the companies, after it had bought 25% in the firms in April 2008.
The deal will strengthen the Swedish group's position on the market for drill bits and hammers, where both Indian companies operate.
Focus and Prisma will be integrated within Atlas Copco's Secoroc division as of today.
The two companies had combined sales of SEK93m in fiscal 2008/09 and a staff of 104.
