Russian companies do not plan acquisition of German Qimonda

JSCSL | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Russian semiconductor manufacturers Angstrem, Sitronics (OTC:JSCSL) and
AFK Sistema (MCX:AFKC) do not intend to buy German DRAM products
supplier Qimonda (FRA:QI1A), ADP News reported on 1 April 2009 quoting
local Saechsische Zeitung.

Qimonda is however conducting talks with candidate buyers, mainly with
interested parties from China and Taiwan.

Qimonda started insolvency proceedings today.
