PowerRating -- Montana-Dakota Utilities Co., a division of MDU Resources Group, Inc., has acquired a 25% stake in Wygen III power generation facility of Black Hills Power, an energy company. Both the companies are based in the US.
Under the terms of agreement, Montana-Dakota would pay 25% of the total cost to build Wygen III, including the initial progress payment.
