Christopher S. Reeder, 39, is founding partner of the Los Angeles based law firm of Reeder, Lu & Green, LLP, and focuses on a wide array of complex civil litigation and business and financial matters, including business law, intellectual property, employment and securities law, complex commercial litigation and white collar crime. Prior to founding Reeder, Lu & Green, Mr. Reeder served as a partner in the Los Angeles office of Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton, LLP. Prior to his law career, Mr. Reeder served in The United States Navy from 1989-1994 as an Operations Specialist and Anti-Submarine Air Controller, during which time he received three letters of commendation and five medals serving in Operation Desert Storm. Mr. Reeder is admitted to practice in California, United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, all of the United States District Courts throughout California, and is admitted pro hac vice in various courts throughout the United States. Mr. Reeder holds a BS in Political Science and Sociology from the University of the State of New York and a JD, magna cum laude, from University of Dayton School of Law.
Marc S. Sperberg, 46, is the President of MSA Consulting, Inc., a business development, marketing and governmental affairs company primarily engaged in the area of early and development stage companies. Mr. Sperberg has consulted with numerous start-up and development stage companies. He has earned a reputation as a highly skilled business, administration and government affairs expert and has successfully managed and held key positions in numerous public and private companies.
