BBL holds an indirect 25.48% stake in Britannia Industries Limited, an India-based bakery products company. BBTC is an India-based producer of tea, coffee, cardamom, black pepper, and rubber.
As a result of this transaction, Leila Lands would increase its shareholding in BIL from 25.48% to 50.96%.
