(OTCBB: PEYG | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) advises its shareholders that the Company has been delayed in the completion of the review of its 2008 year end financial statements and as result, has been unable to meet the required filing deadline for the submission of its annual fully audited 10-K year end financial report. The Company anticipates that the 10-K will be filed shortly. Aside from this delay, there are no material changes of any kind for the Company to report.
