Rivera Capital Corp. and Burin Fluorspar Ltd. announce shareholder approval of amalgamation and new trading symbol: CFI

Rivera Capital Corp. ("Rivera") and Burin Fluorspar Ltd. ("Burin") are pleased to announce that, at shareholders meetings of each of Rivera and Burin held on April 15, 2009, shareholders voted unanimously in favour of the amalgamation of the two companies. The companies have amalgamated, effective April 15, 2009, and the amalgamated corporation has continued under the name:

Rivera and Burin are now proceeding to satisfy all regulatory requirements necessary to complete the amalgamation which will constitute the Qualifying Transaction for Rivera. As previously announced, the TSX Venture Exchange has conditionally approved the amalgamation of the two companies. Subject to satisfaction of all conditions, the shares of Canada Fluorspar Inc. shall be listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol CFI. It is anticipated that trading will commence on April 22nd, 2009
