A committee of MiCTA members from several states selected Howard Technology Solutions as an Endorsed vendor after a rigorous and highly competitive request for proposal (RFP) process and evaluation. The resulting Master Service Agreement between Howard and MiCTA simplifies the procurement process for MiCTA members who are seeking Video Integration Services.
