Buckeye Partners has priced its public offering of 2.6 million limited partnership units at a price of $36.25 per share, to raise gross proceeds of $94.25 million.
The company has increased the size of the public offering from 2.35 million limited partnership units to 2.6 million limited partnership units. The underwriters have been granted an option to purchase up to 0.39 million additional limited partnership units.

Barclays Capital, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc., and Wachovia Securities, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers to the offering. Deutsche Bank AG is acting as underwriter to the offering.
