Dr. Biste has reported that portions of his technical audit of Franklin's Escala Mine Joint Venture are prepared including a detailed geological surface map of the project's area based on historic COMIBOL and AUSTPAC reports, Franklin's internal reports and a satellite image interpretation. A visit to Franklin's La Paz office and the Escala Mine work site is scheduled for the week of May 4, 2009 for additional meetings with Escala managers, COMIBOL officials and an assessment of lead and silver veins and gold and silver mineralization.
