Serving on the Compensation and Technology Advisory Committees will be Allen, while Apel will continue to serve on the Audit and Technology Advisory Committees, both in their new director roles.
The executive VP and CFO of the company, Max Crisp, who announced his retirement last September after four decades of service, completed his current term on 1 May 2009 at the company's annual shareholder meeting. Nita Hanks, serving as senior VP and director of employee services in her recent role, resigned her board position and left the company after three decades of service, to pursue other opportunities.
