Ross garnered extensive experience in the defense industry at Edina, Minnesota-based ATK, where he oversaw the acquisition of aerospace manufacturer Thiokol, an event viewed by many financial experts as one of the industry's most successful mergers. Prior to ATK, Ross held a variety of senior management positions with Rockwell International.
Paul Ross joins existing board members James B. McElwee and John A. Berg of Weston Presidio, as well current Micro Power President and CEO, Greg T. Love.
