The showroom, opened when the head office was established in 1968, is one of Nissan's five "galleries" that display vehicle models. It has attracted a large number of visitors through such services as test rides.
The showroom in the new head office in Yokohama will open in early August and will have a floor space of 4,000 square meters, four times larger than the existing one, Nissan said.
The automaker will continue to operate the four other galleries -- another one in Ginza and those in Sapporo, Nagoya and Fukuoka.
