Gemdale Corporation (SHSE: 600383) aggregately sold 147,800 square meters of houses, with a 194.2% rocket year on year, and total sales value largely rose 197.5% to CNY 1.495 billion. And the home sales value and area of China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd. (SEHK: 0688) separately soared 115.2% and 148.8%.
Around 484,000 and 242,100 square meters of commodity houses were sold by Poly Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 600048) and Guangzhou R&F Properties Co., Ltd. (SEHK: 2777) last month, leaping 67.8% and 98% from a year earlier, respectively. The latter reaped sales revenue of CNY 2.336 billion or so.
Meanwhile, China Vanke Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 000002) sold commodity houses covering 595,000 square meters, with a 23.7% growth, and total sales value hiked 22% to CNY 5.27 billion.
