It's a moot point, in that Genaera announced April 28 that it is in the process of shutting down its operations.
The 22-year-old drug-discovery company, which is based in Plymouth Meeting, said it will hold a special meeting June 4 to get approval for its dissolution plan. Once approval is received, the company said, it will file with the Nasdaq to be delisted.
