This cancellation is effective from 07.00 GMT on 1 June 2009. The certificated shareholdings and depository interest holdings on the company's UK register will not be immediately effected as a result of the shares being suspended from trading on the ASX and AIM.
An orderly transfer of certificated shareholders and UK depository interest holders will be done by the company, to its register in Perth, Australia.AThe company will inform all shareholders and interest holders on its UK register the process details in the near future and release it to the ASX.
