Total revenue for the second quarter of 2009 was C$2.16 billion, compared to C$126 million for the second quarter of 2008.
For the first six months ended April 30, 2009, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) reported a net income of C$96 million, or C$0.05 per share, compared to a net loss of C$2.57 billion, or C$7.31 per share, for the first six months ended April 30, 2008.
Total revenue for the first six months of 2009 was C$4.18 billion versus negative revenue of C$395 million for the same period of 2008.
