The assets of Chevron Kenya include service stations, fuel depots, aviation operations, a lubricants plant and warehouses, as well as liquefied petroleum gas storage and distribution facilities.
Chevron said that the sale is consistent with its ongoing effort to concentrate downstream resources and capital on strategic global markets and assets.
