He will work closely with Jim Doh, senior vice president and president of Qualcomm CDMA Technologies Korea/Taiwan/Japan. He is currently a visiting professor at the Graduate Institute for Peace at the Kyung Hee University and executive director of the Korea America Association. He was a senior executive advisor at Pantech and visiting professor at the Graduate School of International Studies at the Seoul National University from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, he was former Deputy Minister for Policy of the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of Korea.
