Mr Seiner has joined Ladenburg's investment banking division as a managing director in the firm's Miami office and Mr Salomon has joined as an associate in the firm's New York office. Mr Hochstadt will assume his role as managing director in Ladenburg's investment banking division later in June 2009 and will be based in the firm's New York office.
Mr Seiner joins Ladenburg from BroadSpan Capital, where he was a managing partner and director. Mr Hochstadt joins Ladenburg after serving as a founding member and managing director of Priority Capital Management. Mr Salomon joins Ladenburg after serving as an associate in the mergers and acquisitions group at Lehman Brothers and subsequently at Barclays Capital.
