Mark Daniel Klok, President of HMIT, stated, "The last remaining item pending before management announces its plans for the Ghana Property is the Legal Opinion of the Property's title, which is currently underway by legal counsel. We are very excited to move this Project forward as the Company has already been asked to entertain several deals, one of which includes selling some of our assets which would mean an immediate and sizeable return for the Company and our shareholders."
