Following completion of the transaction, LANXESS will integrate Jiangsu Polyols Chemical into its Basic Chemicals unit.
Jiangsu reported revenues of approximately EUR10 million in 2008 and has 170 employees.
The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2009.
