In the first five months, its sales volume and value separately boosted 85.31% and 81.15% from a year earlier to 677,500 square meters and CNY 6.659 billion.
The group lately won a bid for the 70-year residential land usufruct in the central Chinese district of Hongshan, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, for CNY 306,800. Total floor area and net floor area of this project are 547,350 and 496,370 square meters, respectively, and the floor area ratio (FAR) will be controlled within 3.0.
In June and July 2009, Gemdale, which is headquartered in the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, plans to unveil a batch of new projects in Tianjin, Nanjing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Xi'an, and Shenyang.
