With this change David Ledlow, currently Senior VP, Operations for the Western division and who previously led the Eastern operations from 1996 - 2000 and all field Operations during the first five months of 2009, will now assume responsibility for the Eastern division.
RSC Holdings is an equipment rental provider to the servicing construction and industrial markets with an original equipment fleet cost of $2.6 billion.
