PC Expert is an IT support service that helps Bell Aliant's small business customers. The 24/7 service proactively and remotely monitors and manages customer-owned personal computers and laptops and quickly reacts when an issue is detected with the computer's performance. PC Expert remotely connects to the affected device to diagnose and attempt to resolve the issue. PC Expert customers access Bell Aliant's qualified PC specialists by phone, live online chat or e-mail.
The Best in Class Marketing Innovation award is presented to the company that best demonstrates innovation in marketing theory, practice or operations. All areas of marketing are eligible for this award (i.e. product, promotions, advertising, channel, packaging, etc.). The annual awards highlight marketing excellence and innovation demonstrated by Internet service providers and vendors across North America.
BMMA is a nonprofit organization formed to enhance the business prospects of vendors and service providers in the ILEC broadband / DSL services industry. Members include Bell Aliant, Bell Canada, AT&T, SaskTel, Actiontec, F-Secure and Embarq.
