In the new position, Herr will assume overall management responsibility of VIST Insurance, including sales, service, and consulting. Prior to joining VIST Financial (NASDAQ: VIST), Herr was vice president of operations with KDN Corp.
VIST Insurance is the insurance division of VIST Financial. It is a full-service insurance agency providing property/casualty and employee benefits insurance to its clients.
