SAN FRANCISCO, Jun 15, 2009 -- GreenChek Technology Inc. (OTCBB:GCHK), a leading globally focused provider of hydrogen-based technology for mobile transportation and stationary power generation applications, is pleased to announce the Company has entered preliminary verbal discussions with a major natural gas convertor and distribution company in Thailand ("Thai-Co"). The verbal agreement includes terms whereby GreenChek will joint venture with Thai-Co to sell GreenChek's proprietary hydrogen-based emission reduction device.
The JV will purchase GreenChek's ERD-2.0 and sell them to fleet owners and dealers in Thailand. GreenChek will offer training to the fleets and dealers to allow them to install ERD units in their heavy goods vehicles in their own maintenance workshops. Thai-Co's distribution network includes more than twenty dealers across Thailand.
