ARI Network Services Inc (ARIS) announced an agreement with Kenneth S. Folberg, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, that as of June 16, 2009, Mr. Folberg will cease to act in that capacity, but will continue to work with the Company in a consulting role on special projects (including transition activities) during the next nine months in accordance with the terms of a new agreement between Mr. Folberg and the Company. A nationwide search for a new Chief Financial Officer will begin immediately.
The Company and Mr. Folberg have confirmed that the change in Mr. Folberg's role does not involve any issues concerning the integrity of the financial statements or with the Company's internal controls over disclosure or financial reporting.
