ICB Financial Selects Experienced Local Banker as New Director

ONTARIO, Calif., June 17, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- ICBNE | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Inland Community Bank (OTC Bulletin Board: ICBN), and its Holding Company, ICB Financial have announced the addition of Gene Wood to the Board of Directors as of April 16, 2009. Mr. Wood has been in the California banking industry for over 44 years and recently retired as President of a local Inland Empire bank.

He was named by California Governor George Deukmejian as a member of the Mojave County Formation Commission and was also an elected member of the San Bernardino Community College District for eighteen years.
