But the company just came out with a new kind of Kix: Honey Kix. It's essentially the same cereal only with a touch of honey. And it really is just a touch. It's still nothing like some of the super-sugared cereals on the market. My 3-year-old taste tester with a sweet tooth liked them. He might have preferred them dunked in honey, but he thought they were good enough to eat a whole bowl.
The bottom line: If you like Kix, you should like Honey Kix. The difference is very subtle. The suggested retail price is $4.38 for a 12-ounce box, but I saw them at Wal-mart recently on sale for $2.
