Under the terms of the agreement, IMS will acquire the web property and related assets commonly referred to as the LegalStore.com. As part of the consideration, IMS will issue common stock of the company equal to 30% of the outstanding shares of IMS.
DSS is a US-based provider of anti-counterfeiting technologies, processes, and products, while Legalstore.com is an online retailer of legal forms and office supplies. IMS is a Poland-based company operating in the segment of the media and marketing services sector.
