PowerRating -- Spiracur, Inc., a US-based medical device company that designs and develops damaged tissue care solutions, has secured $20.3 million in Series B round of venture capital funding led by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, and New Leaf Venture Partners. Existing investor De Novo Ventures also participated in the round.
