The Center is a project of Jinan Yinquan Technology Co., a subsidiary of China VoIP & Digital Telecom. The Center was designated as a virtualization technology research and development and marketing facility by the government in May 2009. A number of government leaders and Vmware president for Greater China attended the opening ceremony.
The appointment of the Center demonstrated the Shandong government's support and endorsement of Yinquan's virtualization technology. As the highest authority of information technology promotion and application in Shandong, the Center will play a role in marketing virtualization technology in Shandong.
"The grand opening of Shandong Virtualization Technology Promotion and Application Center marked another step in the government's strong support in promoting virtualization technology as part of our country's Green IT concept," said Li Kunwu, Chairman and CEO of China VoIP & Digital Telecom Inc. "In addition, the Center has underscored Yinquan's leading position in virtualization technology in Shandong. We believe the virtualization market in China has enormous potential and China VoIP & Telecom Inc. is ready and capturing that growth."
China VoIP & Digital Telecom Inc. offers Voice Over the Internet Protocol telecommunications services together with the virtualization technology application in the People's Republic of China through its subsidiary Jinan Yinquan Technology Co.
