LBi Software Engineering said its CaseManager enables customer service representatives (CSRs), human capital management (HCM) specialists, managers and system administrative staff to enter information about employee calls, find answers and track cases to completion.
The solution integrates with HCM/HR enterprise software packages including Oracle, PeopleSoft and JD Edwards to give CSRs a holistic view of employee information, allowing them to provide accurate, timely and consistent answers.
